MailAuthOps is founded and operated by Preksha Shukla, an individual based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Dera may appear as a trading name in domain, billing, or administrative records. References to “we” and “us” mean Preksha Shukla acting as the operator.
Information handled
We may handle business contact details, booking information, domain names, authentication records, sender inventories, remediation notes, and limited website security logs. We do not request mailbox passwords for a fit check.
Purposes
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess pilot fit, deliver agreed DMARC work, secure the site, maintain opt-out records, and conduct limited business-to-business outreach where permitted.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. Events identify the MailAuthOps product and the type of action, not an email address, incident text, domain report content, or credential.
Providers and transfers
Hosting and communications may use OpenAI Sites, Microsoft Azure, Zoho Mail, Zoho Bookings, Google Analytics, and other suppliers required by an agreed engagement. Those providers may process information in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry and booking records are reviewed after the business discussion ends. Suppression records are kept as long as reasonably needed to honour an opt-out. Pilot records follow the written order or statement of work. Consented analytics retention is configured for 14 months.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, object to direct marketing, withdraw optional analytics consent, or opt out of future contact. A marketing opt-out is applied across MailAuthOps email, LinkedIn, and phone workflows.
